Wind Power Day 2012: Optimising reliability

The Wind Power Day is an event where selected results from the latest research within wind energy are presented. This year’s theme is “optimising reliability”. The target group for the day is people from the network within wind energy and others with interest in wind energy.

At the Wind Power Day the new department, DTU Wind Energy, is presented, consisting of the groups and departments at DTU Risø Campus and DTU Lyngby Campus that have their main activity within wind energy. After this the research infrastructure and test facilities at DTU are presented followed by presentations of the research activities at DTU relating to optimisation of reliability. The presentations are given in English. After the presentations there will be a guided tour to the component test centre at Risø Campus. The agenda for the day can be found here
