PhD defence on children’s reporting of their school lunch consumption

The National Food Institute invites to Nina Lyng’s PhD defence on children’s ability to report their school lunch consumption accurately. The defence takes place 21 January at 13.00.

In her PhD, Nina Lyng from the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark has assessed the food level reporting accuracy in Danish 11-year-old children’s self-reported school lunch consumption. The study was conducted at three public schools in Copenhagen.
