LEDMET - LED Metrology for the future

2 out of 4 awards in 2013 involved DTU Fotonik

A new Center for LED metrology will explore, develop and implement new optical measuring methods geared toward the utilization of LED technology. The research will ensure a high degree of expertise as well as a competitive edge for Denmark on the international market.

DTU Fotonik and a large number of businesses (Chromaviso ApS, Viso Systems ApS, Louis Poulsen Lighting A/S, Focus Lighting A/S, Brother, Brother and Sons ApS, Servodan A/S, I-NO, Phillips Danmark A/S, Fionia Lighting, U-Vivo ApS, North Invent A/S, Roblon, DANELEC MARINE A/S, Martek Marine) are responsible for this center.

The funding (12.450.000 DKK) has been awarded by The Ministry of Science, Innovation and Higher Education, Research and Innovation section.
