Alexandra Lupi won the Second prize “Tyngrye Li Memorial Poster Award at the recent International Nano-Optoelectronics Workshop, Cargèse, Corsica, France, August 19 – August 30, 2013.
The poster entitled: “Electrical Injection Schemes for Nanolasers” and was created in cooperation with I.S. Chung, K. Yvind, both of the Technical University of Denmark.
