The National Food Institute invites to Cleide Oliviera de Almeida Møller’s PhD defence on a new approach to the development of a method assessing the risk of disease from foodborne microorganisms in pork. The defence takes place 4 October 2012 at 12.00.

In her PhD, Cleide Oliviera de Almeida Møller from the National Food Institute has developed models to test a new approach when assessing the risk of disease from foodborne microorganisms in the processing of pork. The models and the new approach will be able to reduce uncertainty regarding future risk estimates related to salmonella in processed pork.

See the invitation (pdf) for Cleide Oliviera de Almeida Møller’s PhD defence of the thesis: “The Transfer and Growth of Salmonella Modelled during Pork Processing and Applied to a Risk assessment for the Catering Sector”.
