The National Food Institute invites to Anja Biltoft-Jensen’s PhD defence on the development and validation of a diet registration tool that is set to measure variations in the diet of 8-11 years old children and which effects the registration tool implies on the children’s health and bodyweight. The defence takes place 8 October 2012 at 13.00.

In her PhD, Anja Biltoft-Jensen from the National Food Institute has developed a web-based diet registration software tool to measure variations in the diet of 8-11 years old children and the effect on the children’s health and bodyweight. The project has also shown that the registration tool has proved to be an acceptable, flexible and a useful tool to measure 8-11 years old children’s dietary habits.
