The European Conference on Power Electronics and Applications EPE’13 ECCE Europe (3rd-5th september) has been the leading power electronics event in 2013 in the old continent. This year the conference focused on power electronics, future transportation systems and smart grids.
The event was held in a Carbon Care philosophy in order to reduce its ecological footprint. This year the event was hosted in Lille, France and more than 1100 experts from the academy and from industry. The conference has been a perfect occasion to share the developed knowledge and to gain new inspirations from leading edge research centers. The Electronics group (ELE) was presented at the event presenting our greatest achievements, meeting colleagues from other institutes and establishing new contacts for further collaborations.
