Fun and Games is the best exercise. That is the basic idea behind Playware research, as children and elderly persons at Gentofte Municipality were introduced to Playware's modular tiles which are electronic tiles with AI technology that aims at making movement and exercise fun and interactive.
The idea came originally from Lego bricks and the possibilities for their use both in rehabilitation and play are almost infinite.
