If you you passed by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Higher Education during this year's Culture Night, you probably visited the DTU Electrical Engineering stand. If not, you missed the opportunity to remote control our very own Guidebot or viewing yourself on-screen in 3D
On 11 October 2013 Automation and Control from DTU Electrical Engineering participated in the Culture Night in Copenhagen. Both children and adults enjoyed taking turns in controlling the Guidebot, while learning all the possible uses of such a robot.
The Kinect demo program did not remain unnoticed as people were impressed by the colour 3D point cloud image displayed, even more so when they found out how it was created.
It was a busy night, but we enjoyed entertaining our visitors and the Company of our colleagues from DTU Roadrunners and DTU Brewery.
