Emmanuel Gentil and co-authors Julie Clavreul and Thomas H. Christensen have received the James Jackson Award for the best 2009 paper “ Global warming factor of municipal solid waste in Europe”. This award is organised by the Chartered Institution of wastes management (CIWM) in UK and is delivered once a year (20th October 2010) for outstanding contribution to the institution.
