Bo Skjold Larsen

Many years experience in developing and administrating university units on departmental level. Holds a PhD in Biotechnology from DTU and has gained significant experience in policy making and strategic work from the years affiliated the Ministry of Research & Innovation. Joined the Department of Environmental Engineering, DTU in 1995 and since 2000 its Executive Committee as Head of Administration. Took the position as COO for the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability in 2011. Current key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Center
• Liaison to DTU Rectorate and NNF on operations
• Financial management and facilitate budget process
• Personnel matters - HR and payroll
• Facilities management
• Sourcing and procurement 
• Measure, evaluate  report progress performance measurements
• Coordinate management tasks
• Internal and external communication
